How does it work?

Call us on 01522 275015 between 8am and 8pm (Monday to Friday) and leave a message. A call handler will pick up your message and arrange for one of our registered volunteers to help, and if necessary call you back.  We cannot promise to fulfil your request on the day you contact us. Please do not call us if you have a medical or similar emergency, instead contact the appropriate statuary services.

How much does it cost?

All our services are free.

If you wish to make a donation, please contact our treasurer:

email: treasurer@signs-gns.org.uk

Is it safe?

All our volunteers have safeguarding training and DBS checked, are fully insured and carry photographic identity cards at all times.

SIGNS is dedicated to helping those in our local community who find themselves lonely or in need of a little help. We are not here to replace local traders or other service providers

SIGNS is not an EMERGENCY SERVICE but we will try to arrange to undertake your requests within 3 days or earlier if possible; making life that little bit easier.
